3.1 Payment of a deposit or full booking amount is necessary at the time of booking. Failure to complete full payment by the specified balance due date may result in cancellation by the supplier, subject to their cancellation fees.
4.1 Upon booking, contracts will be established with the suppliers named in your booking summary. While we typically act as the supplier’s agent, with low-cost airlines, we serve as your agent. Supplier booking conditions apply, dictating important aspects of your booking. Until confirmation by the supplier, no contract is formalized.
4.2 Various travel services, such as flights, hotels, and car rentals, may be procured through our website, with contracts being directly with individual suppliers. While we assume no responsibility for supplier acts or omissions, certain arrangements may constitute package deals under relevant regulations.
5.1 For low-cost airline bookings, we act as your booking agent as per your criteria. You directly enter into a contract with the airline. Please review the airline’s terms and conditions prior to booking. We disclaim any liability regarding airline contracts, acts, or services.
5.2 For scheduled and charter flight bookings we act as agents for ATOL holders with contracts established between you and the provider.

Cancellation or amendment charges, outlined in the supplier’s booking conditions, may apply. We collect these charges on their behalf, along with applicable administration fees.
7.1 Any changes or cancellations by the supplier will be communicated to you promptly. You’ll have the option to choose alternative arrangements or a refund, with your decision required within a stipulated timeframe. Failure to respond may result in the supplier assuming your preference for a full refund. We accept no liability for changes or cancellations made by suppliers under your contract with them.
8.1 Service charges, if applicable, will be indicated on your booking confirmation. These may include fees imposed by a supplier “Supplier Charges” and a standard “Service Charge” for our agency services. Note that the Service Charge does not encompass holiday package assembly but pertains solely to our booking agent services.
9.1 Your contract lies with the supplier, governed by their booking conditions. Our role as an agent is limited to facilitating bookings per your instructions. We bear no responsibility for information provided in good faith. However, in cases of liability, our maximum responsibility is three times the booking cost, excluding personal injury resulting from our negligence.
10.1 Address any complaints during your trip directly to the supplier or their local representative. Failure to do so promptly may impact the investigation and resolution process, potentially reducing or nullifying compensation entitlements.
11.1 Many of the travel arrangements we offer are financially protected in case of the travel company’s insolvency. Please inquire about the specific protection applicable to your booking.
11.2 ATOL-protected flights or flight-inclusive holidays come with an ATOL Certificate from the organiser/supplier for whom we act as agent, detailing financial protection specifics and contact information in case of issues.
11.3 Note that ATOL protection excludes low-cost carrier flights or direct payments to airlines unless they form part of a package. We may automatically include supplier failure insurance, with applicable administration fees indicated on your booking confirmation.
11.4 Package holidays are protected by the package organiser, and we will provide you with their booking confirmation. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate issued by the package organiser. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
Inform us of any special requests at booking, though their fulfilment cannot be guaranteed.
